Can I exchange the item I received for a bigger or smaller size?

At Faisal, we currently do not offer direct size exchanges. If the item you received does not fit as expected, we recommend returning it for a refund and placing a new order in your preferred size to ensure availability.

How it works:

  • Log in to your Faisal account.
  • Go to My Orders and select the relevant order.
  • Click Return Item, choose the item and reason, then proceed to the next step.
  • Select your preferred return method and complete the return process.
  • Once your refund is processed, place a new order with the correct size.
How long does delivery take?

Delivery timelines vary depending on your location:

  • Within UAE: 1–3 business days

  • GCC Countries: 3–6 business days

  • International Orders: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons, promotions, or public holidays.

Do you offer same-day or express delivery?

Express delivery options may be available in select cities. If applicable, you will see the option at checkout. Availability depends on your delivery location and order cut-off time.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. We occasionally offer complimentary shipping on orders above a specified amount as part of promotional campaigns.

What happens if I am not available at the time of delivery?

Our courier partner will attempt delivery multiple times. If unsuccessful, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, Faisal ships to selected international destinations. Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by local authorities.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7–14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In its original condition

  • With all tags attached

  • In original packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

At Faisal, we currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, please initiate a return and place a new order to ensure product availability.

How do I initiate a return?

To initiate a return:

  1. Log in to your Faisal account.

  2. Navigate to My Orders.

  3. Select the item you wish to return.

  4. Choose the reason for return.

  5. Confirm your preferred return method.

You will receive further instructions via email.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once your returned item is inspected and approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

Are shipping charges refundable?

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item sent by us.

What if I receive a defective or incorrect item?

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with clear images of the issue. Our team will prioritize resolving the matter promptly.

What payment methods does Faisal accept?

Faisal accepts major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay (where available), and selected local payment gateways. Cash on Delivery may be available in select regions and will appear as an option at checkout if eligible.

Is it safe to use my card on your website?

Yes. All transactions are encrypted using secure SSL technology. We do not store your card details, and payments are processed through trusted, PCI-compliant payment gateways to ensure maximum security.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders are processed promptly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact our support team immediately. Once the order has been dispatched, modifications or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Why was my payment declined?

A payment may be declined due to:

  • Insufficient funds

  • Incorrect card details

  • Bank security restrictions

  • Expired card

We recommend verifying your details or contacting your bank for further clarification. You may also try an alternative payment method.

When will I be charged for my order?

Your payment is charged at the time the order is successfully placed. You will receive an email confirmation once the transaction is completed.

How do I use a promo code?

You can apply your promo code at checkout in the designated “Discount Code” field. Ensure the code is entered exactly as provided. Only one promo code may be used per order unless otherwise stated.

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes, guest checkout is available. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, manage returns, save addresses, and enjoy a faster checkout experience.

Will I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes. A digital invoice is sent to your registered email once your order is confirmed. You can also download invoices from your Faisal account under My Orders.

How do I create an account?

ou can create an account in two ways:

  • Click My Account in the header and select Register.

  • During checkout, select the option to create an account before placing your order.

Enter your email address and create a secure password. You will receive a confirmation email once registration is successful.

How do I log in to my account?
  1. Click My Account.

  2. Enter your registered email address and password.

  3. Click Log In.

If your details are correct, you will be redirected to your account dashboard.

I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
  1. Go to My Account.

  2. Click Lost your password?

  3. Enter your registered email address.

  4. Check your inbox and follow the reset link.

For security reasons, password reset links expire after a limited time.

How do I update my account details?

To update your personal information:

  1. Log in to My Account.

  2. Click Account Details.

  3. Edit your name, display name, email address, or password.

  4. Click Save Changes.

How do I manage my addresses?

WooCommerce allows you to store multiple addresses:

  1. Log in to My Account.

  2. Select Addresses.

  3. Edit your Billing Address and Shipping Address.

  4. Click Save Address.

How can I view my order history?
  1. Go to My Account.

  2. Click Orders.

Here, you can:

  • View order details

  • Check order status

  • Track shipments (if available)

  • Download invoices

What do different order statuses mean?
  • Pending Payment – Order received, awaiting payment.

  • Processing – Payment received, order is being prepared.

  • On Hold – Awaiting manual confirmation or payment verification.

  • Completed – Order delivered successfully.

  • Cancelled – Order cancelled.

  • Refunded – Payment has been returned.

Why can’t I access my account?

This may occur due to:

  • Incorrect login credentials

  • Unverified email address

  • Temporary system maintenance

Try resetting your password first. If the issue persists, contact support for assistance.
